Welcome to my Journey in Photography

Hello all!
Welcome to my journey in photography!  I have always loved taking pictures, and with the wonderful world of digital cameras I have enjoyed being able to take as many pictures as I want, and evaluate them later.
I have also always loved children, I love getting to know them, interacting with them on their level, and getting a glimpse into the person they are becoming.  After having the privilege of taking 3,000 pictures of our niece over the course of 1 week, and 800 pictures of my friend's baby over the course of 2 hours, it clicked....  These two passions work very well together.

So off I go on my journey, I am so excited and am thrilled to be doing more with my creative energy.  I plan to take a Photography course and a Photoshop course from betterphoto.com, offer to take photos of as many of my friends' children as I can, and see what we get!
